These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of IconVaultKit, available at iconvaultkit.com. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our service.

Description of Service

IconVaultKit is a free web-based tool that allows users to search, browse, customize, and download icons from 92+ open-source icon libraries including Material Design, Phosphor, Fluent UI, Tabler, Heroicons, Lucide, Bootstrap Icons, and many more via the Iconify ecosystem. The service is provided free of charge for personal and commercial use subject to the terms herein and the individual licenses of each icon library.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use IconVaultKit only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Use the service to scrape, harvest, or collect data in bulk without prior written permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the service
• Use automated bots or scripts to make excessive API requests that may degrade service performance
• Use the service to distribute malware, spam, or any harmful content
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation

Icon Licenses and Attribution

Icons provided through IconVaultKit come from third-party open-source libraries. Each library has its own license terms:

• Icons are served through the Iconify ecosystem from 92+ open-source libraries
• Most libraries (including Feather, Heroicons, Tabler, Lucide, Bootstrap Icons, Phosphor, and many more) are licensed under the MIT License
• Google Material Design and Material Symbols are available under the Apache License 2.0
• Some libraries use CC BY 4.0, CC BY-SA 4.0, or other open licenses — check the individual library for details

You are responsible for verifying the license of any specific icon before using it in your project. IconVaultKit makes no warranty that all icons are cleared for commercial use. Always check the license of the specific icon set before using icons in commercial projects.

Intellectual Property

The IconVaultKit interface, design, code, branding, and original content are owned by IconVaultKit and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our interface or branding without explicit written permission. The icons served through our tool belong to their respective copyright holders and are subject to their respective licenses.

Advertising and Sponsored Content

IconVaultKit displays advertisements from third-party advertisers. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or legality of any third-party advertisements. Any transactions you enter into with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser. IconVaultKit reserves the right to reject or remove any advertiser or advertisement at our sole discretion.

Disclaimer of Warranties

IconVaultKit is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content obtained through the service. Your use of the service is at your sole risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IconVaultKit and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you to IconVaultKit in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Third-Party Services

IconVaultKit integrates with third-party services including Iconify API for icon data, Supabase for database services, and LemonSqueezy for payment processing. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party services.

Service Availability and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue IconVaultKit at any time without notice. We may also change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the relevant jurisdiction.
